Influence of Cyanobacterial Inoculum on the Growth Features and Yield of Peanut Plants in Sandy Soil

Two field experiments were conducted at the Ismailia Agricultural Research Center Station during summers of 2021 and 2022 to study effects cyanobacterial inoculation (Anabaena oryzae Nostoc mascarum) on peanut plant growth, yield, certain soil biological activities under different nitrogen fertilisation ratios conditions. There are three applications: drenching, seed coating, foliar spray with strains.The findings demonstrated that cyanobacteria plants generally improved resulting in significantly higher grain yields than uninoculated treatments. When compared other tested treatments types applications, N. mascarum + 75% (N) produced highest yield characteristics, followed by A. drench application. Overall, increased amount N, P, K, Ca plants. Cyanobacteria fertility increasing total bacterial count (CO2) evolution, indole acetic acid contents rhizosphere. In general, growth sandy conditions can benefit from amounts.
